What is the most hobby jogger brand?
Let's leave out Nike because it is the most popular and you can say that it is the most worn by hobby joggers.
More of, what brand exists just for hobby joggers?

Under Armour is the official brand of posers in all sports.
Hoka, Altra, On Running, sketchers, newton, or any other of the fringe brands that generally represent
Oiselle
Camelbak

Nah.
roadrunner sports
Headsweats - Seriously.
Road Runner Sports - Provider of all things Hobby Jogger
Nathan - They make a fanny pack for the love of Pete.
C9 by Champion - The crap you find in Target stores.
Newton or Hoka, usually with SuperFeet, a Camelbak or hydration belt, and compression socks.
The guys at running stores know a mark when they see one.
Friend of mine's wife excitedly brought home a pair of "Adidas" so this fat ass would put down the beer and jog once in a while. She said they were like $8 at the local discount store. He waddled about 3/4 mile on a wet spring day (snow melt, etc.) and the sole started flapping. Got home and looked at the label real hard: it said "Adios" and yes, was made in Meh-ee-co. He's happily back in the Lazy-boy saying "I tried honey, but you coulda hurt me."

Yeah you know? Because bringing hydration belts to 2 or 3+ hour long runs is so smug.

What about wearing buff's instead? Is there a fine line to dictate who's a proper hobby jogger and who isn't? I sweat a lot but if it makes me look pro'er for LR i'll just let it slide to my eyes all the time.
Any brand which produces a fuel belt.

LOL. yeah who needs to hydrate on a 90 degree sunny day at 80% humidity running 12+ miles. ;)
I'd say Asics, since everyone's high school track coach (since everyone ran high school track) told them to wear them...
and you're right, the MVPs in each major sport are all posers
I'd also go with UA, only because I've never seen a decent runner training or racing in a pair. All the other brands that have been mentioned, Hoka, Newton, Altra, I've seen good runners in.
Anybody seen ANY good runners in UA?

Unfit people, that's who.
Even if you ran long enough to need hydration, the way REAL runners do it is loop back to home to get a drink or stop at a drinking fountain or gas station.

Even on a hot day it's not hard to run for 60 minutes without a drink.

Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
Move over Mark Coogan, Rojo and John Kellogg share their 3 favorite mile workouts
Mark Coogan says that if you could only do 3 workouts as a 1500m runner you should do these
Red Bull (who sponsors Mondo) calls Mondo the pole vaulting Usain Bolt. Is that a fair comparison?
