The guys got range can go from 400-mile
UNF runner, Nick Morken, ran a nice school record of 3:42:56. Hopefully that's good enough to get him to the East Regional on his own home track.
Absolutely incredible range from mcbride. Setting records in the 300m hurdles in high school at Ofsaa to running 3:41 as an 800m specialist. A true talent right here.
Sub 46- 400m
Sub 1:46- 800m
Sub 3:40- 1500 in the near future?
But what happened. I saw a few results from him indoors at 1000m, 1500m and mile, but nothing over 400m, 600m or 800m.
His 1500m was mid 3:50s (3:55 I think), so nothing good.
Why has he not raced over 800m recently?
Video of the race? Or the 800s?
Vid of M 800m:

The announcers are hilarious and the camera work bad but it's something.
Most of Friday and Saturday is available on Watch ESPN replay if you get SEC network. But the Fri evening session with the 1500m was not covered.
Thanks for posting a video!

Morken was in heat 2, so could have benefitted from faster pace in heat 1. That pace was 58, 1:56 by the Ole Miss guys.
Olympic year.
Smart, patient coach knows there is a long season ahead, with running for Canada being most important.
Speed has been his greatest asset, so spending some time working on endurance.
Saving the racing for end of year and summer.
Or he could have died off of 1:56 and ran 3:44
Clayton Murphy should run the 1500m outdoors. He would be everybody.
He will beat everyone in the 800 and it is only 2 laps
RIP: D3 All-American Frank Csorba - who ran 13:56 in March - dead
RENATO can you talk about the preparation of Emile Cairess 2:06
Running for Bowerman Track Club used to be cool now its embarrassing
Hats off to my dad. He just ran a 1:42 Half Marathon and turns 75 in 2 months!
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
