so doped, easing up... ha!

He'll still find a way to lose
He ran that .11 faster than the next fastest guy !!
Gotta love the guy in grey giving him the "looks" for a few seconds
Don't worry he's a serial choker
couldn't ease up that much because he was behind Xie most of the race. Xie had an incredible start despite a slow reaction time. Powell loses to top competition when it counts, yet is there top competition at this meet? No Gay, no Bolt, no Gatlin. Who is there? He might get gold. 6.44 is quick.
He might get that 6.39 record. But is he clean?

Bromell (WC Bronze medalist) and Mike Rodgers (5th place)
And how about that Kim Collins?
Less than a month away from age 40 and still a medal contender. Must be due to eating healthy foods.
Lol

There may have been a bigger choker (maybe some golfer losing a huge lead at a major), but he is certainly the most prolific in sports history.

Now that is just idiotic to say.
Not too bad, 0.06 worse in final and silver medal. Impressive.
His acceleration midway was insane. He could have broken the world record on that run if he had pushed at the end.Suspicious, yes, but it was awesome to watch!Btw, who's that Chinese guy? He put some serious distance on the field, too. Is he saucin'?

Merlene Ottey
Good candidate, since no Oly gold, but she has a couple each of individual gold at WC, WIC, and CG, whereas Powell only has a couple CG individual. Plus Ottey has a ton of silver/bronze that Asafa doesn't, so in a way she is really consistent, whereas Powell is more likely to be the overall favorite and not even medal. Powell wins the choke artist gold, Ottey maybe a bronze, but probably a non-medal 4th lol.

How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
