I am currently a freshman participating in Indoor track and field at a small division 1 school. So far this season I have ran 10:10 for the 3000 and 17;45 in my first 5k. This morning I did a 3 mile tempo in 18:40 on a bike path followed by 2 800s at 2:55, 2 400s at 83 and 2 200s at 38. What do you think I could run in outdoor?
