I'm surprised Linden let Flanagan and Cragg go like that. Hall and Taylor look to be struggling, but I don't think the other two are coming back. Lota race to go, but they have each other to run with which helps a lot.
I guess she's racing to make the team more than win. Who knows though.
I love Ritz, but I didn't even put him my top 10 in the LRC contest. Any time I hear "I had a great seven week build up", you know where a guy is.
But I think I left Pennel out so shows you how smart I am.
I understand that 1st 2nd and 3rd all go the the Olympics, but it seems Desi conceding to finishing 3rd when she didn't take the bait with flanagan and Cragg. She has no cushion anymore.

Don't count out Jared Ward, he moved up a lot last year for the LA Marathon. Not sure if Pennel and Meb can keep 4:45 pace for the rest of the race.
I am confused.
How come the women are here (at this juncture)?
Is this a loop?

It was nice that Louis was able to find a person capable of doing basic arithmetic and telling him they're running approximately 12 mph.

good call but it's not over. guys may want to lay off a 447 mile.
Ritz 34" down at 18, wow...
Here is a tracking link that works better:
Where is Ritz?!? no! This destroys my picks plus I really want Ritz to make it
This is Twin Cities 2014 all over again where Pennel breaks it open on Ward. This time in the hot weather could be different though
Ritz didn't go with the big pace increase. 34 seconds back in 11th, running even splits.
Anyone else fairly impressed with the crown support on the course? I wouldn't think people in LA would even have gotten out of bed for this.
Ward in 4th place. WTF..ahahah

Hadley dropped.
they didn't even have a chance to play her "moments" interview!
Any editor who ever again asks any journalist to write a story about Hadley should bed shunned.
