And has anybody here actually tried to let the pace come to them for a year and a half? Im lucky to go 12 weeks before I want to race or time trial something.
He meant that you can make huge improvements in your distance running pace or how far you can run at the same pace. Yes it's a vague statement.
You might not increase your aerobic capacity, because this is not actually a realistic expectation for a healthy active person, but you can become a very efficient runner in that space of time.
