I just recently gradated from a lower tier division I university. In college I played the whole part of skinny runner, I would watch my diet and even run upwards of 90-100 miles a week by senior year.
I never could scratch much below 15 minutes in the 5k. Made all conference by a nose in 10K cross. After trying to run haphazardly for awhile after college I have stopped completely, and fallen into lifting heavy.
I have to be honest, the PR's in the weight room, the new found attraction from the opposite sex, and the ability to eat a whole lot more than I was in college are major bonuses! Does anyone else feel the same way?
