Anyone know any way to predict what kind of half marathon shape you're in? I know there are Yassos 800s for the marathon (however reliable you find that to be) but I don't know of any workouts to gauge your 13.1 fitness. Thanks!

Go run a hard 5-6 miles on a course comparable to the half course while in the midst of a normal training week (i.e. dont rest up for the effort). This should be close to your half pace. If you're a higher mileage guy or slow twitcher then it may be closer to a 7 to 8 mile effort.
