My calf got a litle sore on my last long run. I wore compression sleeves and wrapped with an ace bandage as I have done before and presto the calf is fine. BUT NOW I HAVE WEIRD KNREE PAIN. My knee seems to not be tracking properly and there is a "clicking'. I went for ART/Graston yesterday and it's alittle better but still wrecked.
I was all set to qualify for Boston in 3 day (Sun). ARRRGGH!
Anyone have any experience with this? I am hoping going from 70 miles per week to 0 will fix the problem.
