HI GUYS I RUN AT A HIGH SCHOOL IN ALABAMA AND I NEED TO DROP MY 3000 PR DOWN TO 9 MINUTES TO GET A SHOLARSHIP FOR THE SCHOOL THAT I WANT TO GO TO AND I NEED TO BUT I ONLY RUN A 11:59 AND MY COACH SAID I SHOULD TRY RUN GUM BUT HE KINDA SCARES ME CAUSE HE SAID I SHOULD BE RUNNING 60 MILES A WEEK BUT I THINK THAT WOULD GIVE ME SHIN SPRINTS SO SHOULD I TRY THE RUN GUM OR CAN I JUST RUN A BUNCH THE DAY BEFORE TO GET MY MILEAGE UP? THANKS ALSO I NEED TO KNOW BY NEXT WEEK BECAUSE MY FAMILY IS GOING TO AFRICA THANKS IN ADVANCE
