So a little background info. I'm 19, F, and have run a few halves with my most recent one being back in October at an 8:30 pace. I'm training for my first full in April and was supposed to run 18 miles this past Saturday. Last Saturday I ran 16 and felt great- I frequently had to slow myself down because I felt so strong. Fast forward to Thursday and I barely was able to pull out 3 miles. I ended up having to stay up all night Thursday and did not run at all Friday or Saturday. I wanted to run today but was not feeling it at all and struggled to run 5miles at my normal pace.
So my question is, should I try to squeeze in my 18 tomorrow or skip it and start totally fresh this coming week? I haven't really missed any major long runs up until this point and am freaking out just a bit.
