hey guys,
I've gained 12 pounds since xc season... I think a lot of it is muscle because I've increased my pullup max to like 15. Anybody have any tips to get rid of all this excess fat and muscle because all it's doing at this point is weighing me down. I've been training hard for like the past month but the weight isn't coming off at a fast rate. I've lost a pound or two maybe... any advice is welcome!
