800-2:17 (Pratice first 800 hard ever)
1600-5:11 (Indoor only mile race, less than a month ago)
3K-10:12 (Also Same indoor meet)
5K XC-17:41
10k-38:41
I started really running competitively only last semester, no real base mileage. I went from 19:01 first race to 17:41 in 3 months. I want to run 10:10/4:45 by the end of outdoors and need help with training advice and maybe some workouts for the weekend or summer before 2016 XC.
