so i was doing 25-30 mpw, 17:15 pr during cross country. SO I wanted to up mileage, so i went up to 37 for a couple weeeks and i was gonna bump it up to 45, but then i got injured, and so i took a week and a half off, and now im coming back, so i was thinking a 25 mile week (all easy) ad then 37 and another at 37 and then 45... would this be okay?
