On a scale of 0 (VERY INACCURATE) to 10 (SPOT ON), how accurate is the "Calories Burned" data on Garmin Forerunners? (It is tied to the weight that you enter on your profile; if you adjust your weight, the calories adjust correspondingly. It is NOT tied to your Heart Rate, as far as I can tell.)
My guess is that it gives you a reasonable bell curve, but where an individual FALLS on that bell curve is anybody's guess.
I will throw this out: on my 20 miler this morning, it said I burned 3324 calories. My entered weight is 205lbs. Those calories seem insanely high, right?
