For several years calf tightness (upper all the way to lower calf) has been something that has always been lurking around and for the past few months it has been pretty bad. I have been doing some ART (Active Release Technique) and it has significantly helped but I am curious about the root of the problem.
I have both a high arch and I supinate (or underpronate if this term is more correct idk) and I have read on many threads on this site about people switching to running in racing flats to help with there problems and stop them from overpronating and thus help with their original issues.
What do you guys think?
