Had the TV on in the background while at the office. I wasn't quite sure if the ad playing was a J.G. Wentworth spot, or a political ad from Bernie Sanders.
Really? Daily Caller? And you think I'm going to click on that?
Carries as much weight as: I'm suspicious of that runner's time. Must be a cheater. Throw them out. Forget about investigating because I know their [sic] guilty as all.....
From what can glean (and man what a jacked up system it is in Iowa), HRC got 5 delegates to Bernie's 3 as a result of coin tosses.
There are 44 delegates at stake. There will be 4763 delegates at the national convention. So less than 1% of the total delegates are determined with this coin flip.
Yes, I would like more transparency, but then I would like to be rich too.
Some perspective is necessary. Oh and HRC has about half the super delegates of (712) who have said they will vote for her.
I think HRC will roll the Southern states once the first black president gets down there and turns out the black vote. (By first black president I mean her husband.)
seems reasonable to recuse herself as biased and it is always obviously the case that super-close elections should be recounted.
Of course, we can accept that it was well within the margin of error and so consider it a tie, especially considering that the turnout is never going to be close to that of a primary and hence it is much less representative. Republicans might like to see Sanders win out but we'll see. Clinton certainly seems to stand for big business a lot more than Democrats would like to see, though certainly much less than any of the Republican hopefuls.
