Running 60-70 mpw, 2 workouts a week and 1-2 doubles. Do you guys take days off from running or do you run 7 days a week? Legs are recovering a little bit less after every workout, so I decided to take a day off yesterday and haven't done my longer run of the day yet, should I make this a routine thing? Anyone seen significant gains in training after taking away a day of training for recovery?
