I'm competing at a track meet this weekend in the 1500 and 3000m. Last summer i got a PB of 4:40 in 1500 and 10:12 in 3000.
About a month ago i returned to training after a 6 week injury and my last training session was:
4x200 (each 200 was around 36sec)
3x1000 (the times were; 3:21, 3:29, 3:35)
2x400 (76 and 75).
I've been running 2-4 times a week for about a month now, what is a realistic goal for the 1500 and 3000? Should i be aiming at my PB or?
