Cross train: Aqua-jog, Alter-Gravity treadmill (a real thing, look it up), underwater treadmill, bike; rehab, stretch, rest, stuff like that.

One legged plyos on the uninjured leg. Not kidding, I've known some elite runners who did that while injured. I think it was at least partially a frustration thing.
Though there is some evidence for bilateral improvement when only one side is worked out.
