So recently I've been hampered by a string of injuries that has left me unable to train for most of the last year. My body is finally fully healed and I believe I have identified some of the muscle weakness and imbalances that lead to my injuries in the first place. I have been working towards fixing these problem areas. Since I'm going to build up my mileage very slowly I was thinking right now would be the perfect time to start training in flats full time. Once when it gets warmer I will incorporate some barefoot running on the grass. So my question is Letsrun what are some of the best racing flats for everyday training? I've read some of the previous threads on this topic but I was wondering if I could find out what shoes that are currently being made are good options.
