I have seen the tables but I can't make sense of them. What is the time difference between a 200m flat and 300m flat indoor?

For that, you want to look at the "flat to banked/oversized" table
Take the time you want converted, turn it into seconds, then multiply that number by the number in the table. You will then divide that number by 60 to get it back to seconds.
Example:
I'll give you a female 3k run on a flat 200m track and convert it to a time run on a banked or oversized track (both considered equal)
10:29.77 run on a flat 200m track
10 x 60 + 29.77 = 629.77 sec
629.77 x 0.9915 = 624.42 sec
624.416955 \ 60 = 10.4069492 ( that's the time)
10:00 + (.4069492 x 60) = 10:24.42
There you go. Rinse and repeat
