I never had the track season I wanted, there was always something, most of the time burned out from xc prior to this year my PRs were
50.8X - 400M
2:00 - 800M
4:13 - 1500M
9:20 - 3000M
15:53 - 5000m
25:27 - 8000m
After a lot of planning and training to bring myself to where I should have been throughout my entire college carear(now in my senior year) I ran two races a season opener in the 1000M and the Mile where though I felt like crud that day and just had a rough week I still ran well.
My new PRs are
2:32 - 1000M
4:24 - Mile
I'm running the 800 this tomorrow and really want to blow it out of the water seeing how my high school PR was 2:01 and my college Pr is 2:00. I am very strong right now and not exactly sure where my speed is but I did run a 52 400M at the end of a workout in XC.
