I was wondering if you had any advice for someone wanting to improve on 1600/3200/5k. I consider myself a pure 800m runner, because all my other stats are not at the same level as my 800 time.
200: 30 sec
400: 1:03.4
800: 2:21
1600: 5:27 (ran on a relay leg)
3200: 11:57
5k: 19:40
I would like to break 2:20 in the 800m as well as run a 11:20 to 11:30 ish on the 3200, this season. Is it possible? Thoughts? Advice?
