Oh my goodness! You mean you actually have to do a run without the exact time, pace, distance, etc? Gaaaasp! I bet you're loads of fun.
Just run, dude. wrote:

At least as fun as you are. The logging service is down, dumb@ss. He can still use his Garmin.
Maybe,If you tried being something other than a turd sandwich, you would actually be tolerable to be around. Rather hang out with my boy phil than your b!tch @ss

Haha. The nerd club is standing up to me.
It's back up. I know that after my run if something goes wrong with uploading I start trying to trouble shoot. Maybe it saved someone else a few minutes of frustration.

Stop relying on something like a garmin and run by feel. You'll be better off for it.

Better off how? How is measuring distance and pace holding him back?

Yes, let me ignore my 11 years of running experiences and immediately start using the advice of an anonymous troll on letsrun. Why didn't I do this sooner? I'm probably going to pr by five minutes now.
And how do you know that I don't use RPE on my runs?
Good call! Why would you want to rely on data to guide your training rather than running by feel? Data can be deceptive and misleading, whereas you can always count on your feelings.
Instead of a training log, I keep a record of how I felt on a given day, how the run felt, and what my perceived level of exertion was. It's much better than some arbitrary, meaningless numbers that mean nothing to anyone.

Says someone who probably creates Strava segments that start and end in his garage so no one else can get the KOM

Because you're an idiot?

Not a cyclist.
Sounds like you have firsthand experience with this, no?

Why not both? I always run on with my Garmin and easy runs I don't check my pace until after I finish the run.
This punk-@ss steals my handle on the other thread and then registered it? Now he's going around this forum pretending to be me? Why don't you come out and say who you really are, you punk-@ass.http://www.letsrun.com/forum/flat_read.php?thread=6975388&page=7

Because I didn't think someone would steal it.
No, use Strava as the sub 2:50 guys on the RW forum have Garmin send to it for tracking as we have accountability towards our running goals
