Based on instagram he seems to spend most of his time in Africa...

Grafting in Africa is easier.
Farah does like to spend a lot of time away from his family. That is by choice. Rupp is family focused, and doesn't need to travel to faraway places to be competitive with Farah. Farah's wife doesn't seem to mind; as long as the money keeps rolling in.
YEZZZZZZZZZZ... !!!!!!!
Kind or funny right that Alberto Salazar is viewed as a great American coach when his best runner is the one who spends the least amount of time with him and also was born in Africa.
His only other true development success story is a guy who was on testoboost and thyroid in HS.
Anyone remember the great work he did with Caitlin Chock and Franklyn Sanchez?
I live in Portland and have seen every one of Jerry and Alberto's team running somewhere in town at least once, except for Mo.
I don't think he lives here year-round.
Farah's family lives full-time in OR. Farah himself, not so much.
Most of his time seems to be sent anywhere but the uk or Portland:
Ethiopia, Kenya, South Africa, Flagstaff, Park City, etc...
Rupp... competitive with Farah... maybe Rupp should take a trip to Africa some time.

When I see Mo, he's always running in Forest Park. All of the other guys frequently run on the trails around the Nike headquarters.

No testing in Africa. He dope as much as he wants. Not that testing make much difference.
No, she is average weight. You can compare skeletal Mo to anyone for a weight comparison.

The heat is on Kenya and suddenly he loves Ethiopia
It seems that Mo only comes to the UK when it's pay day. Wonder whether he's had his doorbell fixed yet?
Let me see here. If I was the best distance runner on the planet with all the opportunities and money I needed to train aandll year round and remain the best, where would I go? I know, Oregon. Hellllll no, I'd be running and living at natural high altitude with all of best runners in the World, not choked up in an altitude tent in Beaverton with an elf and a slow a$$ Canadian.
You didn't finish your statement:
Canadian, ... and his wife and kids.
News flash: that's NOT normal weight for a kid. You are part of the obesity problem.
