Wanted to make a transition to Altra has anyone tried a heel lift to help with transition. A few reasons I have taken an interest in Altra's: 1.) Having some metatarsal /forefoot soreness/runners knee 2.) Foot shaped toebox would lend better overall strength=better run, more miles, efficient. 3.) Dr Ray Mclanahan, I just ordered his product Correct toes and Altra is one of the shoes he endorses and he was a 13:53 5ker.
I've read some good testimonies from various social media outlets and maybe their biased so how about the blue collar LRC? I was thinking of going with these firmer cork 6mm lifts I made...or just scrap it all and run in the fresh Ghosts and Cumulus?
