That granola eating socialist.

Kenyan runners don't eat white sugar?

They don't. Anyway, nit the refined shut you're used to.

Isn't he a trump supporter?
So Tom Brady (an elite athlete) doesnt eat carbs? What a load of crap!
White flour is not the only form of carbs.

No one is making that claim. You are aware that white sugar and white flour are not the only sources of carbohydrate, right?

I think most elite track athletes don't shy away from coffee/caffeine, at least in moderation. Also avoiding diary isn't common. Also mushrooms? Maybe most incidentally don't eat mushrooms, but I seriously doubt most "avoid" mushrooms.
Refined flour and sugar probably is common to avoid.
The article says they do not eat complex carbs.
"complex carbs are strictly forbidde."
Kenyans drink tea and coffee and they have either brown sugar or white sugar in the coffee/tea, while they also eat sugar cane.

I stand corrected (I just read the OP's post and thought you were responding to that). Just pulled up the article and read that.
Yeah, that's pretty dumb. Also, this sentence is nonsensical: "It turns out Brady, Bündchen and their kids eat mostly vegetables—with a few exceptions—and complex carbs are strictly forbidden." Vegetables are full of complex carbs. Hell, fiber is a complex carb.
I think the author is just an idiot and is confusing simple carbs with complex carbs.

That's why they are all so scrawny fat. The only buffed guy is Julius Yego.
Glenn Beck may save America
Tom Brady loves the following sustitutes.
Unbleached flour
Brown sugar
Amphetamines
Lsd
We're actually both correct as it also says they eat brown rice & some other 'healthy' carbs so its a contradicting article which therefore is a bit pointless.
what...no flaccid ball jokes? what's wrong here.
no one is saying that wrote:

I think the author meant to write either "simple carbs" or "refined carbs". My guess would be the latter.
