Asking "do you believe in evolution", or "do you believe in climate change" is not a neutral question, because it already frames the entire discussion incorrectly. Such things arrant hinged on belief at all. You're essentially claiming that belief and data driven, repeatable and predictable theory is "belief". It isn't all.
Belief, much like hope, is a condition over which you have zero agency.
