No I don't! I respect who I want for my own reasons.
total BS
That guy is 30
I believe it.
I ran 50 miles no problem and could have run for 12 hours in my 30's, taking my time like that. Probably a lot of people could do it, though still quite impressive.
Ches is a great runner, but known liar. Remember the citizenship fiasco?

No he's at least 40. He's part of Cal State Eugene's Master squad along with Maton. They're totally dominating the masters division of the NCAAs. Try and keep up.
20, 30, 40 doesn't matter. he could still kick all of your jealous bashers.

As well as the claim when he first came to USA that he was an orphan and had never run before.
Anybody ever wonder why Kenya builds no schools near where people live? Why does every person in Kenya have to run miles and miles to get to school?
Not sure why the OP is so EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
60 miles/12 hrs. = 5 miles an hour. That's marching pace, not running pace. Armies routinely did this pace with weapons and packs before the internal combustion engine was invented.
No he didn't!!!!! wrote:

The running time was much less than 12 hours, no? He started at 5 am and finished at 6:30
No one walks or marches at 12 minutes a mile.
5am to 6:30pm is 13 1/2 hours.

So anytime anyone mentions that King is old, they are really saying, "I'm pathetically slow and the only way I can deal with my ineptitude as a "runner" is to say that the King is old" I LIKE THAT!
Both those guys are swimming in those suits. Smh.

There was an article a couple years ago that I read about this. I'm sure you can find it if you spend the time. It explained that some early articles written about Ches (when he first cam to the U.S.) were lazy journalism and painted the Ches as the stereotypical picture of the poor Kenyan with no family making good in the U.S. Ches was very frustrated by the misinformation in those articles, and was hesitant to talk to the press for a long time...he probably still is.
Big deal, so did Johnny Appleseed, in winter, on a trail, at night with no headlamp. He was probably barefoot. It was during the war of 1812 and he was not a runner. In those times if you had to relay an important message you chose the craziest mf'er to run there and back.
