Hello guys! i started running before 7 months and i bought Mizuno Wave inspire 11, which is moderate shoe. But i didnt know what was that. I have medium to high arch and my foot drops at the outside of the foot. When i searched about pronation and asked an employee of Nike at the local store about what shoe i should buy he said me Neutral shoe like Pegasus 32 or Vomero 10 for daily training. Recently i started training 6 days a week and i feel my legs being tired, i feel pain at jumeau interne-jumeau externe-achille tendon. Someone said me that if you dont need support and you train on a support shoe its not that bad, but if you need support and you train on a neutral shoe thats bad. Now i am wondering if there is any way that the shoes are the reason that my legs feel tired and pain. Now i am looking forward to buy adidas energy boost 3 at February 2016. Please let me know your thoughts!!!!
