No one said you are CPA.
For one post I thought you were Bob; I retracted that and apologized.
No one said the IRS is being called or brought in. That was a question in response to your independent auditor idea

Since when don't you count race expense ie timing, shirts, medals, price money, etc of about $70k as a charity expense. If their race is how they derive their proceeds then you should probably count the race expenses.
Just do a simple recalculation as we all know it costs more than $32,000+ in expenses to run a race. Hell their prize money was $22,000, add the shirts, medals, timing company, marketing, etc etc and you'll see that your way off if you think that $32,000 is there annual expense on the race.
Oh yea, do you think they work for free? And what about payroll.
Do your math again and do it right, use a bit of common sense behind it. Count the cost of doing business, salaries, etc.
If you think non-profit s don't expect a salary for their good work your dead wrong. No non-profit would exist if it was run solely by volunteers, that's a fantasy world.
And your confusion in stating 2015 income when that doesn't exist yet, makes you smell of sausage.
CPA's opinion!
I think the tax forms (which include all of the expenses to which you've alluded) are more reliable than your seemingly biased "opinion"
Is it perhaps curious however that both Bob and CPA both habitually misuse "your" instead of "you're"
Twice in the last post alone
Start a thread about the legal versus moral obligations of casual contracts and move this on as another thread. The issues here of this one happenstance has been resolved.
In addition to always substituting "your" for "you're", the use of all caps for emphasis in both Bob's big announcement and CPA's posts is similar
Yes and on that thread would someone smarter than me please explain the difference between a charity and a not for profit company.
No difference, just different semantics.
I'm with Gurian CPA firm in Dallas. My name is Mark, go ahead and contact me if you have questions. Ill carve out a few minutes for you. The bull stops there. MP

And the swearing, and the "do the math", and the "common sense", and the overuse of the word "probably", and ending questions with a period instead of a question mark, and the exclamation points, and just the overall style. This is EXACTLY like Bob's style. EXACTLY!
If you wouldn't mind I'll run ALL of the numbers this week and post to you in PDF format. It's super easy, contact me or shoot your email out and I'll send them. My gift to you, Texas style by the horns.
You got me, I'm Bob. How did you ever find out? You should be working for the CIA as a cryptologist.

Ah well, that's Bob the RD and the CPA sorted, next please.
How many different people do you post as Esquire. I don't see any known thread names on here agreeing with you.
As I recall you got spanked by Bill last night when you thought Happy Jack was the RD. You must live in a paranoid world my friend.
Nothing like a good trolling. From one troll to another nighty nighty.

Always amuses me when someone loses the argument, or can't put up the facts/figures/whatever, they always fall back on the "he/she is nothing but a troll" defence as if that wins it.

best forum detective ever, don't you. Your really not as good as you think you are though. You and a few others are just dumb and I mean really, really dumb. You got trolled BIG FRICKN TIME by a poster who originally wasn't even try'n to troll you.
But the more you guys kept doing your forum detective work trying to triangulate Bob Nicholes post with happyjacks and mine, (remember my posts? They started out as a user name and ended as a sentence beginning the actual post), the more fun I had pulling your or is it spelled you're? chain/s.
Oh my gosh ya'll should give up any future aspirations of ever being any kind of detective wither on silly forums or heaven help us an actual badge wearing, gun toting law-enforcing police type of officer.
In closing I'll just say for the last time, "SOME OF YOU GUYS ARE REALLY, REALLY EASY TO TROLL AND SUPER FRICK"N DUMB!!!
P.S. I'd could continue piling on you dummies all night but I really feel sorry for you idiots so I'll just call it a day. Although tomorrow...?
