I am a freshman girl, running in the 19 mins for a 5k all year. My coach is not that good with off season training, and I honestly have no clue what to do until track starts (which is in late January). How can I keep my time about the same, but not over do it? I'm also looking to drop my 5k at about a min over off season, how can I do that? I kinda just need a training plan! Thanks:)
