Interesting tool
My only suggestions are a way to set a rest day and identify double days. Some runners don't train twice a day, every day as the listed elites may.
I thought a lot about rest days and multiple workouts/day.
A couple of months I read an article about elastic memory of muscles caused by exercise and I reached the author.
He explained that a certain protein called "titin" stores free energy for some time after exercising.
This energy is gradually lost during the sleep.
With this in mind, I thought that two workouts/day can count as one, since there isn't much rest between the them.
Same with the rest day; after a day of rest, the energy can be restored, but the tissues may not be fully restored. In this case, a runner may go at the next workout full of energy, but with weakened tissues and he/she will be tempted to push harder than the tissues and joints may be capable to support. If he/she goes slow, then it's a waste of energy.
This is asynchronous and I considered to have a negative impact.
If there is no alternative, the intensity should be reduced.
Then, I had in mind that the human body is more efficient in a constant rhythm of effort.
The tool can be used to create a training plan, but based on the assumptions from above.
