My 5K and 10K PRs are 15:03 and 31:02 so that kind of sucks. Haven't given up on breaking them though. Really the reason I haven't yet is mostly for lack of trying at a time when I was fit, since I've trained mostly for half/full marathons since college.I ran 15:10 in 2007 and just have ran it very sparingly (again, when in shape) since. I've only ran one track 10K since that 31:02 and it was the same season. That said, I'm training for a mile right now looking to get a sub-4:20 this winter/spring, so not sure when I'll go after those other barriers. I'm also so far removed from when I ran those times, I fear that I'll never be able to get back to that ability level again.

this past track season I ran between 10:04 and 10:09 in the 3200m NINE FREAKING times before finally running 9:53 in my last meet.
That was me my freshman/sophomore years of HS. Ran 10:09 freshman year and then 10:06 about five times as a sophomore. Didn't break 10 until a junior; ran 9:38 that year.
