I picked up a stomach bug a few days ago and my last few runs have been interrupted about 4 or 5 times for diarrhea breaks. Since I run mostly on a treadmill this isn't all that inconvenient, but still. Kind of annoying. And I ran the turkey trot yesterday with the runs. Again not fun.
Question: am I prolonging my explosive diarrhea by continuing to run? Or does it not really matter, the bug just needs time to go through my system? Thanks!
