I am on my high school track team and have been training for it all summer and fall (No XC). Around 3 weeks ago I started puking during an easy workout and ever sense then I have either been extremely nauseous during runs or I have to stop because I am puking/dry heaving. I tried cross training and when biking it has happened to me. I have not changed my diet at all and I do not understand why this is happening to me. For the last week I have done nothing and I tried to play football today with family but I had to stop because of my nausea. Please help
