You haven't gained weight, unless you've happened to eat an ungodly amount of food each day. Assuming you've eaten relatively normal your weight is unchanged and this is typical day to day weight fluctuations.
If you had said 5 months...different story, but your not going to gain or lose appreciable weight over 5 days.
How to get rid of it? Start running again and weigh yourself a day or two after you start running. The weight will be gone.
