Hello everyone,
Hello everyone, I am currently a high school sophomore and I'm wondering what i will be able to run in indoor for the 1000m. Last year, I set the state freshman record with a 2:34.12 (non banked track). In outdoor I ran a 1:56 for 800m, and over the summer I ran 600 miles in 10 weeks while also implementing speed and strength work. My xc season was a bomb because I had some heart problems that restricted me from competition, but I have been cleared and getting in shape for over a month now and am feeling great. I dont race for another month but I am eager to. if you have any thoughts on where i would be it would be much appreciated. My goal is to break 2:30, or qualify for NBN championship division (2:30.4). is this achievable??
Thanks
