Most doublestack 9mm pistols have 16 or 17 round mags.
Most doublestack 9mm pistols have 16 or 17 round mags.
My glock 19 and FNX Tactical hold 15 rounds in the mag plus 1 in the chamber. That's standard capacity.
Also congrats on your edge thinking that was good police work.

Nate Dogg is about to make some bodies turn cold...
But, the real question is, did he switch his mind back into freak mode?

So what?....If he was dead after the first shot who cares how many times he was shot? So many dummies get fixated on the number of shots. 3 shots would have been alright with you?
You really don't think there is a difference between firing one shot and 16? I agree, he shouldn't have even been shot once, but at least one shot may have been defensible - indicative of someone thinking calmly and he might be able to articulate and defend his choice to shoot based. But 16 times, with most of them while the guy was lying on the ground? Clearly shows that he lost his mind. What was he trying to accomplish with the last 13 shots? Did he think he was in danger still? Would you be frightened by a man lying on the ground after he was a shot a few times? And then it goes to his original mindset - his inability to justify the 13 shots while the guy was on the ground call into question all of the shots fired. I agree, one shot was too many - but there is a big difference between one and 16.
Im good with the guy being shot but not good with the 14 shots after. Once he fell it should have been done.

Really? He posed no threat to the cop.
Actually impressed since so often a cop shoots that many rounds and does not come close to the person.
My 9mm is a 16 + 1. Pretty standard. To the guys defending even one shot, the perp was 15 feet away from the cop and not advancing. The firing cop wasn't even the closest cop in regards to proximity to the perp. Complete excessive use of force and undeniable murder.
What I don't get is... Ever heard of a taser? Would have been a perfect tool for this arrest.
He wasn't dead, he still had a pulse and died on the way to the hospital.

So much sympathy for a guy on PCP brandishing a knife and breaking into cars...WTF....
20 civilian complaints against this cop in 14 years. WTF.. POS cop should have been fired a long time ago. Hope they put lipstick and a wig on him and lock him up with the other cold blooded murderers.
