I am curious on what you think i can run for tomorrow's 10k Turkey Trot?
I am have ran about 60 mile a week average over the last 5 weeks and i am just getting back into some consistent training. I have ran 33:01 about 4 years ago on this course as it's a bit hilly.
Over the past few weeks i have done a few workouts.
6 miles tempo during a 12 miler where my pace was 535 avg
another 25'min tempo during a 12 miler where it was 539 average before a Fartlek. Both of these on mixed terrain.
And one track session where i went 5 miles as 1 lap at 74-75s and 1 lap at 90-95 seconds continuous.
