She's like a cuter, somewhat curvier version of Allie O
Do exercises like squats, deadlifts, and sprints. That's what I have done and my legs are a lot more muscular. Long runs and consistency will also build thinner but muscular legs

Thanks. I don't mean just muscular legs, which many people have, but specifically the general overall shape of her quads and upper legs. Any more ideas?
This post is ridiculous. "The general overall shape"..It's called genetics, and this thread is just...creepy.
You can make your muscles larger or smaller, but their length, attachment locations, how they are shaped, etc. is purely genetic. Quit worrying about it.

Genetics is a cop out, and just means you don't know.

We crossed paths on Paseo del Bosque Trail. Go on five to ten mile runs along same trail at sub-7/per mile. Do track workouts, 200m to 2000m repeats at 800m to 10000m race pace twice a week. Avoid dessert. Avoid booze. Do this all for five years or so.

But those who know, know it's genetics.
Dude, to build up that kind of muscle on your legs, you have to constantly progress in the weights that you train with. Moreover, you need to combine cardio with strength training. That's how I increased the volume of my thighs by 5 cm in a month and a half. However, that's not all the information you need to know. For example, to achieve this result, I had to follow the advice from this site https://www.muskelaufbau-turbo.de and follow a strict diet. By the way, according to my observations, you can not run more than three kilometers in one training session, as your muscles will not have time to recover for the next workout.

Have a photographer take a photo at just the right time and angle when you're running.
