I am confused why I cant run more than 7 days in a row and no more than 5 miles at a time without getting bad knee pain or other problem areas that stop me from running like hips, feet, and knees. it has been going on for 5 years and i cant run more than 40 miles per week ever. I even try to run on the grass when i can instead of pavement.
tips? am i not stretching enough or icing? what is the secret to run more? i WANT to but i cant. I get injured even if i try to run fast
