Coach Fox you built a dynasty out of nothing with unreal recruiting and you certainly didn't screw up any of them and in fact made them better. But please spare us the "just a bunch of hard working regular guys" routine. Wetmore tried the same thing 11 years ago when he called his champs "a bunch of blue collar guys". He was appropriately called out and lambasted and he learned his lesson and has never said such a thing again. In this day an age everything can be looked up on the internet. Yeah sure who will believe these guys you are coaching are "just regular guys" that every high school team has a couple of such guys. Sorry but "Regular guys" run 10:25 and 4:40. Below is what your guys ran in high school. Again, taking nothing away with your accomplishments, but there are literally 100 coaches at various levels in the NCAA and at the high school level who could take your roster to the podium:
Colin Bennie only trained part of year and still ran 9:07 as a junior 1:52 800 leg as a sophomore as part of team that ran 7:36
Justyn Knight Canadian national HS champion, Silver medal at Pan Am 8:55 2M (8:15 3K)
