I'm looking for a good strength training routine for my winter break. I want to hit all the major areas, but it's also something I want to do at home.
I have a weight bench and some weights.
I've looked at Jay Johnson GSM routine but it's a bunch of variable and videos.
I'm looking for ideas.

30- second. Planks.
5-10 Lunges on each leg.
