Cogs - Solid week man! Keep at the consistency and you're gonna have a hell of a track season.
king_slayer921 - I like the idea of a "mini-cycle", keep progressing and remember to stay consistent out there!
Work it - Really solid workout, and the race looks great to me too. I'd recommend more than 1 week off if you're not planning on rushing back, maybe 2-4.
IllinoisRunner - Sounds a lot like the runs I was doing last winter on the treadmill, I would also throw in some incline the last .25 of each mile. Great progression, keep at it. Really nice race considering you ran 7 miles hard the day before.
