I've had a wee hip niggle the past 3 months that, although isn't stopping me run, is still tight afterwards.
I'm doing more stretching, started using a foam roller and I've upped my core work. I say upped, as before I done hardly anything.
Done a 10 mile steady run today and felt fine during the run. It seems to be once I cool down it starts to get a wee bit tight.
As I said, it isn't stopping me running and is more annoying than anything now.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
