I'm a junior this year. Last year in track, I ran 2:04/4:41 for 800/1600m. In cross country this year, I ran a 15:30 3 mile on ~55 mpw. I was wondering what kind of times I could expect this spring. I play basketball during the winter, and last year I rarely ran more than a couple times every few weeks. This year, I plan to run more regularly. Probably somewhere around 25 mpw.
