Can Old Bridge or Don Bosco break CBA's five year streak?
Who will win the individual title?

Teams will be close. I'm having a hard time deciding between CBA, Don Bosco and Old Bridge. I'm giving Old Bridge the nod since they had the fastest 5th man at groups. In the bigger field, their depth will help them.
On the individual side, I can't see anyone other than Grossman or Groff winning. They were both 15:30s and nobody else went under 15:50 at groups. I'm giving the edge to Grossman since he's undefeated against Groff this year and looked like he ran within himself at groups. I could see both running under 15:30, however I think Grossman's capable of low 15:20s when Groff looked close to maxed out at groups.
I think Joe Dragon(going to Syracuse) could be a threat here individually. Hard to drop from 15:50's to 20's, but......he has been un pressed most of the year
GROSSMAN FTW. 15:12. DESTROYS AFTER THE BOWL AND CRUSHES THE FIELD. FERRO 2ND IN 15:25 WITH GROFF 3RD IN 15:35
CBA will wake up after losing to Bosco and will win by 5 or so
I agree with the poster above. I can't see CBA losing two weeks in a row to Bosco. Should be an awesome race, lots of quality athletes and teams in the field. As a North Jersey coach, I'd like to see my part of the state do something big but as a whole, it's only a select few athletes and Don Bosco who really excel when SMOC rolls around.
Ridge girls for the win over NH and Hillsborough

Gotta give you credit for that one. Spot on.
