I bought new clayton 2's during bib pickup at sports basement, ran an easy 5k on them that day, then yesterday 4x1 mile repeats at 5K pace

other than being sick/having a cold right now, and losing 4 months to injury, and being in my mid 40s, all is good!
I'll line up about 10 rows back from the front , goal is 20:30 [would be a masters PR for me]
today: easy 5k
tomorrow: 45 min easy treadmill
wed: 2 miles of 800s at 5K goal pace
